0 What is Google?

In this post,I am going to share some important & interesting facts about Google.I know that no one needs an introduction to Google. Google has influenced our life in many ways.And these ways were so important that a normal human being couldn't imagine to live without them.Google now has developed many softwares rather only being a search engine. They have Google Chrome(Download from Here),Google Earth(Download from Here),
Google Maps(for mobile,they have also added a new feature to google maps called My Location(Beta) with which one can come to know about his position without having a GPS enabled phone),Gmail,Orkut(India's most used social networking site),Google News,Google Page Rank(Every site owner is crazy for it,me also) and etc.etc.They are also going to develop Operating system in future but they haven't made any true statement about this yet.They don’t just have the world’s best search engine, they have the world’s largest and most scalable platform for developing huge web-based applications.

Google has taken the last 10 years of systems software research out of university labs, and built their own proprietary, production quality system. What is this platform that Google is building? It’s a distributed computing platform that can manage web-scale datasets on 100,000 node server clusters. It includes a petabyte, distributed, fault tolerant filesystem, distributed RPC code, probably network shared memory and process migration. And a datacenter management system which lets a handful of ops engineers effectively run 100,000 servers. Any of these projects could be the sole focus of a startup.
Googles very owned Page Rank Technology uses very complex alogarithim, which needs fast processing with the sensitive scripting.As Jim pointed out that google use most of Python, I am bit sure of that.And One point on google is valuable to note is that It is now using Distributed Computing power with all the OS recursively using varriant CPU Powers.
Thus in conclusion,I will say that,whatever is going to happen in future,Google is going to be the master mind for everything.
